Tarmacian structures only exist to service the business, administration, consumer, leisure and accommodation needs of the species. The dominance of Tarmacian culture is not questioned by the majority of Tarmacians. No consideration to externalities is given unless an externality is close to breaking point and threatens to impede the progress of Tarmacian culture. Tarmacians will then embark on a crusade to undo the damage they have done whilst claiming that they are saving the planet. Denial and lack of responsibility are powerful weapons in the hands of the Tarmacians.
